Informational Meetings for 2019/2020 Guided by Kids at Kroc Center Oct. 7 & 8

The deadline to apply to Guided by Kids is just under a month away, on October 20. We hope to see at least 10-15 5th-8th graders in the Omaha metro area enjoying the educational opportunity we offer.

To help parents and students understand what Guided by Kids can do for them, we will have two informational meetings at the Kroc Center, where we host our classes. On Monday, October 7, we meet at 7 p.m., right after an Engineers' Club meeting at the Kroc. On Tuesday, October 8, we will offer the information again, along with pizza and pop, at 6 p.m.

We will answer any questions you might have about GBK, and give you some guidance on completing an application. Classes will start on Thursday, Dec. 5--you can check out our schedule for this year on this website.

We look forward to seeing some new students willing to learn!
